INTEMPESTIVE SLEEPING

Here I discuss a situation which sometimes I have to face unintentionally, and because of that my whole routine got disturbed.
Intempestive sleeping is the situation I am talking about. Sometimes it happens, when my kids got up early in morning on holiday and can’t be able to take a nap as because of any guest arrivals or we were gone for out ing. They got so tired that they went to sleep without having dinner at about 7or 8 o’clock. They have a sleep of two hours, as they were hungry so they woke up. As they were fresh so no chance to sleep even till 12:00 at night. And because of that parents who were tired of routine got disturbed too to be awake till late night. If next morning would be school then it’s more tough for both.
It also happens when there would be dinner party at my home. I got busy in cooking and didn’t get time to take nap. Kids busy in playing. So till evening they got so much tired that they slept in an odd timings. Advantage my dinner party gone good, but the major disadvantage that after I got free kids awoke had dinner and fresh o fresh 😫😫😫😫 and me like πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ˜ΆπŸ˜ΆπŸ˜Ά
These kinda situations are really worst and annoying. I think every mother gone through this situation.
As I am still going through it πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ˜ΆπŸ˜Ά.

  1. I cannot imagine how annoying that must be! Have you tried having your kids do intense physical activity during the day to tire them out? Does that work?

  2. Yes! My son will do the same thing. Some of those nights I can’t sleep at all and am completely exhausted for the next week. It’s usually because of too much going on for that day. He naps and everything gets messed up.
